LOUISVILLE, Ky. – For the third straight week, the UIndy softball team held steady at No. 5 in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division II Poll. The Greyhounds recently pushed their win streak to 25 before enduring their first loss in five-plus week last weekend. They currently sport a 34-3 (.919) overall record, good for the second-highest winning percentage in DII.

The Hounds represent the lone GLVC school in the poll this week, with Grand Valley State (14th) being the only other Midwest Region team in the top 25. Meanwhile, three teams split the first-place votes this week, with No. 1 Augustana garnering topping 12 of 16 ballots.
