INDIANAPOLIS—Coming off a monster performance last Saturday, UIndy's
Toriano Clinton was named the D2Football.com Offensive Player of the Week. The star running back racked up 317 all-purpose yards and five touchdowns in the Greyhounds'
38-23 win at McKendree last weekend.
Â
Clinton notched his seventh career 200-yard rushing game versus the Bearcats, racking up 272 yards on the ground. The Chicago native scored all five UIndy touchdowns in the win, including four rushing as well as a 35-yard TD reception.
Â
The announcement marks Clinton's third career national weekly honor from D2Football.com; he garnered national Offensive Player of the Week accolades last September and was named the Special Teams Player of the Week back in October of 2018.
