INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy men's and women's track and field team returned to the Indiana State Fairgrounds for the third time this season to compete in the MU Indoor Invite. Hosted by Marian University, teams from all NCAA divisions and NAIA schools competed.
WOMEN'S RECAP
On the track, two Greyhounds took home gold. In the 200m,
Hallie Montgomery crossed the finish line first after clocking a time of 24.54 seconds. With this time Montgomery is now the UIndy record holder in the event. It was previously held by Tiffany Turner who clocked 24.76 in 2003.
Ailliyah Reese took the top spot in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.99 seconds.
Lindsey Wormuth also competed in 60m hurdles (9.14 seconds) where she finished just behind Reese in second place.
Also on the track, the UIndy A relay team finished second in the 4x400m. The team comprised of
Emily Sonderman,
Trinity Gleitz,
Cloey Simon, and
Ellie Lengerich clocked a time of 4:05.40m
Sabrina Robison reached 4.02 meters in the pole vault securing her first place. Teammate
Mackenzie VanBibber was not far behind her in fifth place after clearing 3.67 meters.
In the weight throw,
Audra Hogan secured her first win of the season in the event after throwing for 16.16 meters.
MaKenna Maschino placed fourth in the event with 15.44 meters. Fellow thrower, Emily Bosner also had a great day. Bosner finished second in the shot put after clearing 12.91 meters.

MEN'S RECAP
Alex Meyer secured his sixth win of the season in the high jump after reaching 2.05 meters. This is a new career high for the freshman, surpassing his previous best by .01 meters.
Kaden Edwards was another Greyhound who told home the gold in a field event. Edwards competed in the shot put and secured the top place with 16.85 meters. With this distance, the freshman created a new PR.
Dylan Mayhew also competed in the event, taking second after reaching 15.92 meters.
Ndubisi Eze secured top finishes on the track and in the field. Eze placed second in the 60m hurdles after clocking a time of 8.27 seconds. In the field, the senior placed third in the high jump after clearing 1.94 meters.
On the track, the UIndy A and B teams finished strong. UIndy A comprised of

Tom Saint-Juvin took second and UIndy B featuring
Jaycee Wilburn,
Devon Whitaker,
Harnoor Dosanjh, and
Brandon Ellis took fifth. The teams finished with a time of 3:22.90 and 3:32.57 respectively.

UP NEXT
The Greyhounds will travel to Terre Haut, Ind. to compete in the ISU Open. Hosted by Indiana State, the meet is set to take place on Saturday, Feb. 17. This will be the last meet the Hounds will compete in before GLVC Indoor Championships in Indianapolis on Feb. 25 and 25.
