INDIANAPOLIS – UIndy graduate third baseman Emily O'Connor and junior pitcher Jayden Casebolt were named the GLVC weekly award winners in softball, it was announced by the league office Monday. 
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Emily O'Connor, #8 UIndy

• Went 4-for-5 (.800) in pair of run-rule wins, accumulating a .857 on-base percentage
• Smacked four home runs and drove in five runs, collecting a 3.200 slugging percentage
• Did not strikeout in seven plate appearances
• Went 3-for-3 with three solo home runs and one walk in victory over Saint Anslem
  • First three-homer game by a Greyhound since at least 2000
• Earns fifth career Player of the Week award (3/11/24, 2/19/24, 4/3/23, 3/14/22, 3/29/21)
