INDIANAPOLIS - Over the weekend, the University of Indianapolis women's bowling team competed in the Maryville Saints Invite in St. Louis, MO. Emily Heldman and Elizabeth Estes respectively finished 33rd and 42nd individually.

Friday's competition began with baker match play, where the Hounds played five baker games in each matchup. The Greyhounds totaled 4,369 pins through Friday, with the highest score of 929 against Valparaiso.
Saturday hosted a traditional scoring format, facing five different ranked opponents. The team's highest collective total was 899, in a loss to #13 McKendree. Emily Heldman had the best individual performance, averaging a 200.4 average over five games, with a high of 268 against McKendree. Elizabeth Estes averaged a 191.6 through Saturday's competition.
Sunday wrapped up with best-of-seven baker bracket play, where UIndy had a bye in the first round and faced Newman University in round two. The Hounds lost 0-4, totalling 622 for an average of 155.5 pins per game.
