NOBLESVILLE, Ind - The UIndy men's golf team wrapped up the regular season by hosting the Ken Partridge Invitational at Purgatory Golf Club. Â The annual tournament is named after former UIndy golf coach Ken Partridge and featured 20 competing teams from the Midwest Region. There were also nine Great Lakes Valley Conference members at the event.

The Greyhounds placed fifth in the tournament with a final score of +8 (290-293-289). The highlight of the tournament was
Cameron Young winning the individual title. Young completed the tournament -8 (69-71-68). The sophomore entered the final round tied for the lead with Grand Valley's Drew Coble. Young's final round of -4 is a career-best. The Englishman had six birdies against two bogies in the final set of 18.

Drew Rowen tied for 22nd at +3 (71-72-76) and
Alexander Nestun earned a share of 35th finishing +5 (74-75-72).
Joseph Armfield and
Jackson Watkins rounded out the Hounds' lineup. Armfield tied for 61st after finishing +10 (77-75-74). Watkins was eight behind his teammate shooting +11 (76-76-75), he tied for 68th.

Caleb Michaels and
Justin Repovs competed as individuals during the tournament. Michaels finished in t-76th placed at _12 (73-79-76) and Repovs placed 110th with a final score of +30 (83-81-82).

UP NEXT
The Greyhounds will compete in the GLVC Championships next. This season's tournament will take place in Bolivar, Mo. at Silo Ridge Golf Club and will begin on Sunday, April 20.
