INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis juniors Josue Le Cadre and Alex Meyer have been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions Men's Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, it was announced by the league office Wednesday. 

OUTDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Josue Le Cadre, #13 Indianapolis
Jr. | Mid-Distance | Nantes, France
Major: Sports Management
Team Result: No Team Scores at Bryan Clay Invitational (4/16-18)

• Placed second overall and first out of Division II runners in 800m run with time of 1:45.09
  • Broke DII record that stood for 30 years
  • Ranks third in across entire NCAA
• Landed 29th overall and second amongst DII athletes in 1,500m event, recording school-record mark of 3:42.63
  • Ranks first in GLVC and 13th in DII
• Earns second career Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week Award (4/9/25)
• Last Greyhounds' Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week: Yanis Le Mouillour (4/1/26)

Major: Exercise Science

• Placed first for college athletes in long jump with school-record leap of 7.88 meters (25'-10")
  • Ranks first in GLVC and second in DII
• Earns second career Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week Award (4/8/26)
