2008 game-by-game statistics

2008:  Rebounded from injury to put up a solid numbers at the plate…named to the All-GLVC Second Team as a designated hitter…also played 18 games at catcher…ranked third in the conference in RBI (56) and second on the team in OPS (.916)…produced down the stretch with team highs in slugging (.687) and RBI (30) in the season's final 19 games…cranked five extra-base hits in the first two GLVC tourney games, including two homeruns and six ribbies in the opener vs. USI (5/8). 

2007:  Medical redshirt.

Before UIndy:  Played two seasons for former Greyhound letterwinner and current assistant coach Al Ready at Sauk Valley Community College … hit .351 with a .433 on-base percentage while driving in a team-high 37 RBI as a sophomore on the way to All-Conference honors … named co-team MVP as a freshman … teammate of Dalan Dugger.

High School:   Lettered seven times in three sports … two-time all-conference honoree in baseball … all-state performer and Daily Gazette "Player of the Year" as a senior … hit .458 with eight homeruns and a school record 49 runs batted in final season.

Personal:   History Ed major … honor roll member as a prep … son of Bob and Cindy … born 6/10/86 … two-time Academic All-GLVC honoree.
