2008 game-by-game statistics

2008:  Dubbed GLVC Freshman of the Year while also being named to the All-North Central Region First Team by Daktronics…everyday third baseman also made 11 appearances on the mound…finished second on the team with a .346 batting average while notching 36 runs and 36 RBI…racked-up 17 RBI in an 11-game span (3/11-3/22)…went 5-for-6 with three runs and two RBI vs. SIUE (4/16)…compiled a tidy 1.96 ERA in 18.1 innings while striking out 25 batters against zero walks…also had a team high-tying four saves.

High School:  Four-year letterwinner in baseball…two-time all-conference performer and conference player of the year as a senior…named “Player of the Year” by both the Times and the Post-Tribune…was the team’s ace and standout shortstop as a senior while compiling a 9-0 record and a 1.91 ERA on the mound and a .424 average and 34 RBIs at the plate.
