UIndy Athletics

2007:  Made 21 appearances on the hill, including eight starts…compiled a 4-0 record and a 2.64 ERA in 61.1 innings pitched…paced the team with a .232 opponents’ batting average…did not allow an earned run in 10 of 13 relief appearances…one of only two UIndy pitchers not to allow a triple or a homer…fired a four-hit, nine-inning shutout over Drury (3/17 [2])…faced just 30 batters in that game while walking none…picked up first save as a Greyhound with 2.1 scoreless innings and four Ks against KWC (4/21 [2]).

Before UIndy:  Attended Cuyahoga Community College for two years…led the team in ERA and wins while garnering first team all-conference honors.

High School:  Four-time baseball letterwinner…named team’s defensive player of the year as a sophomore third baseman while also allowing zero earned runs in 29 innings pitched…received all-conference honorable mention and set the school’s single-season save record as a junior…dubbed all-conference as a senior.

Personal:  Accounting major … honor roll member as a prep … born 5/4/85 … son of Ted Zielaskiewicz.
