INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy women's lacrosse team remains fourth in the latest DII Midwest Regional poll, the NCAA announced on Wednesday afternoon.Â
The Hounds, who was ranked for the first time in program history for the first time a week ago, is 12-3 on the season with each victory coming within the region. Two of the victories have come against Regis and Grand Valley State, who is ranked second and third, respectively. Lindenwood, the top seed in the Midwest, is 15-0 in 2018, which included a season-opening victory over the Greyhounds on February 10 at Key Stadium.Â
UIndy wraps up the regular season this weekend when it heads to Northern Michigan and Concordia-St. Paul for a pair of GLIACÂ matchups. The Greyhounds have already clinched a spot in the conference tournament, which will be held May 4-6 at the top seed.Â
