GRAND LAKES, Colo. - After a pair of dominating wins last week, the UIndy women's lacrosse team remains No. 12 in the latest Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWCLA) poll that was released on Monday afternoon. The Greyhounds are now 4-1 on the season.

UIndy also moves to No. 10 in the new U.S. Lacrosse Magazine/Nike poll that was announced earlier today.

The Hounds combined to score 50 times last week, cruising to a 24-1 win over Lewis on Tuesday before romping defending G-MAC champion Lake Erie, 26-2. Junior Destinie Katz has wracked up 36 points on 15 goals and 21 assists, while junior Grace Gunneson leads the team with 16 scores. Junior defender Riley McClure has already caused 20 turnovers this season, while also scooping up a team-best 16 ground balls.

The 12th-ranked Greyhounds head to St. Louis this weekend for two conference contests. UIndy takes on first-year program Maryville on Friday at 5 p.m. before traveling down to Lebanon, Ill. for a bout with McKendree on Sunday.
