GRAND RAPIDS, Colo. - The UIndy women's lacrosse remains No. 12 in the latest IWLCA poll that was released on Monday. It is the fourth straight week the Greyhounds have been in the position.
UIndy also stood pat in the U.S. Lacrosse Magazine/Nike poll, where it has been ranked 10th in the prior two editions.
The Greyhounds are coming off a pair of convincing wins over the weekend, and now sport an 8-1 record on the season and will ride a six-game winning streak into Lewis on Wednesday. UIndy handled Davenport on Friday by a score of 21-1, before turning its attention to No. 22 Grand Valley State on Sunday afternoon. The Hounds were up for the task, downing the visiting Lakers, 13-7. The Greyhounds never trailed in either contest.
