LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The UIndy softball team (30-10, 10-4 GLVC) continued its ascent in the NFCA Division II Coaches Poll, coming in at No. 16 this week. The ranking represents the Greyhounds' highest spot in the weekly poll this season and highest since being ranked No. 11 in early April of last year.

Winners of 10 of their last 12 contests, the Hounds have been ranked in the top 25 for seven straight weeks. Other Midwest Region teams in the poll include Grand Valley State at No. 6 and Southern Indiana at No. 25. Ohio Dominican is receiving votes.
