GRAND LAKE, Colo. - After wrapping up its fourth season with a second straight NCAA Midwest regional appearance and 18-2 record, the UIndy women's lacrosse team sits at No. 12 in the final Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) poll.Â
The Greyhounds finish eighth in the U.S. Lacrosse Magazine/Nike rankings, that were also released on Tuesday.Â
UIndy's two losses came at the hands of the third and fourth-ranked squads in the IWLCA poll, Regis and Le Moyne. The Greyhounds ran through a perfect conference campaign, winning the league outright with a 12-0 record. UIndy defeated Concordia-St. Paul and Grand Valley State in the Great Lakes Intercollege Athletic Conference (GLIAC) to claim its second consecutive championship.

Destinie Katz each set new program records with 112 points.Â
National champions Adelpi top the poll, with runner-up West Chester ranks second.
