SPARKS, Md. – With the 2022 season starting in less than six weeks, USA Lacrosse Magazine released the Nike/USA Lacrosse Division II Men's Preseason Top 20 this week with the University of Indianapolis slotted eighth.

The Hounds are one of three Great Lakes Valley Conference teams in the Top 20 with Lindenwood at 13th and Rockhurst at 18th.  In addition to their GLVC foes, the Hounds will face four other opponents in the preseason rankings in No. 2 Lenoir Rhyne, No. 6 Mercyhurst, No. 7 Seton Hill and No. 19 Newberry.

The USA Lacrosse Magazine's Division II Preseason All-Americans were announced earlier this month.  Kyle Basch, Drew Billig and Dougie Crawford represented the Greyhounds among the nation's best.

UIndy kicks off the 2022 campaign on Saturday, February 5 at No. 2 Lenoir Rhyne in Hickory, N.C.
