LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Coming off a perfect road trip last weekend, the UIndy softball team jumped up to No. 14 in this week's National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division II Poll, released Wednesday. The Greyhounds are now 5-1 on the season and are looking to make their home opener this Friday versus McKendree.
 
The Hounds represent the lone GLVC school in the poll this week, with Grand Valley State (20th) being the only other Midwest Region team in the top 25. Meanwhile, Southern Arkansas remains at No. 1, earning 13 of 16 first-place votes.
