SPRINGFIELD, Ill.—The UIndy men's golf team placed eighth in an all-region field this week at the Midwest Regional at Panther Creek Country Club. Senior
Ethan Stanley carded the Greyhounds' lowest score, finishing a +1 to share 10th place overall.
Competing as an individual, Stanley carded back-to-back collegiate lows, shooting a first-round 71 followed by a second-round 70. His lofty finish marked his first time in the top 10.
Meanwhile, fifth-year senior
Cam Carroll (+3) led the Greyhound lineup once again as he has now topped the team competitors for the third time in a many fall events. The East Lansing, Mich., native carded a one-under 71 in the opening round on the way to securing a share of 15th place on the 81-man leaderboard.
Bryce Robertson (+12),
Jacob Nickell (+15) and
Noah Wolfe (+16) finished within four strokes of each other, while
Kyle Strakis settled at +20 in his first time in the lineup.

fall schedule as the Hounds fly down to Orlando, Fla., for the McDonough Cup at Rio Pinar Golf & Country Club on Oct. 31-Nov. 1.
