BALTIMORE - Mekayla Montgomery from the UIndy women's lacrosse team was named as the USA Lacrosse Magazine Division II Player of the Week.

Montgomery helped lead the women's lacrosse team to a third straight GLVC championship last week. In the conference tournament, she tallied 11 draw controls, three caused turnovers, two ground balls, and a goal.
