NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The UIndy women's lacrosse team (17-2) has landed in the No. 5 spot in the final regular season ILWomen/IWLCA rankings, officials announced on Monday.
The Greyhounds earned 441 points from coaches throughout the country and members of the media. West Chester maintains the top spot while Tampa, Pace, and Le Moyne sits in second through fourth, respectively.
UIndy is preparing to battle No. 11 Maryville in the opening round of the Midwest Regional on Friday in Denver. That contest will begin at 5 p.m. ET.
