WINGATE, N.C. – The University of Indianapolis baseball team has broken back into the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Poll for the first time since
Feb. 21. After sweeping the No. 25-ranked Maryville Saints, the Greyhounds have replaced them in the national poll, landing at No. 25.

This comes after the Hounds have won seven of their last 10 games, including series wins over Quincy and Maryville.

The Hounds are currently carrying six players with batting averages above .300, with
Easton Good leading that group with his .368 mark as the Hounds leadoff spot. Good also leads in OPS, with
Cole Hampton and
Zack Williams' carrying +1.000 OPS marks.

In April the Hounds have shined with the biggest surge coming from
Bryce Goodwine, who in his ten games played, is averaging .455 with 10 hits.

Drew Donaldson has returned to his form from last season this month as well, carrying a .412 average with a 1.096 OPS. The power of Hampton has shined, with the Hounds' third baseman carrying a .745 SLUG this month.

The Hounds are traveling to Findlay for a nightcap with the Oilers in Ohio. Action is set to begin at 7:30 PM.
