Greyhounds Fourth, Ranked in Prime Position for Postseason in Final Regional Poll

INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy women's lacrosse appeared in the final set of NCAA DII Regional poll on Wednesday, ranked fourth in the Midwest. The top four teams in each region will advance to NCAA tournament action on Thursday, May 16.

The complete 16-team field will be announced on NCAA.com on Sunday, May 12. The DII National Championship is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, in Winter Park, Fla.

The Greyhounds are currently 14-5, including an 13-3 record against in-region opponents. UIndy claimed its fourth straight GLVC crown at the end of April, defeating current No. 1 Maryville in the title game on Sunday.

UIndy has advanced to each of the past five NCAA tournaments, which included the program's first national title in 2022.
