LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Fresh off winning a share of the GLVC regular season title over the weekend, the UIndy softball team (42-12, 20-6 GLVC) inched up the NFCA Division II Coaches Poll, climbing one spot to No. 12 this week.

Winners of 15 of their last 17 contests, the Hounds have appeared in the top 25 for 10 straight weeks. Southern Indiana, ranked 22nd, is the only other GLVC team in the poll.

UIndy begins the GLVC Tournament this week, with the Hounds taking on Drury Thursday.
