SPARKS, Md. – The UIndy women's lacrosse team is all set for a top-10 matchup this weekend in St. Louis, as the team inched one spot to No. 8 in the latest IWLCA national poll.

The Greyhounds visit McKendree on Friday before heading to fifth-ranked Maryville Sunday afternoon. UIndy claimed its
fourth straight GLVC title on Maryville's home turf last spring.

UIndy began league play with a dominating
22-1 victory over Lewis this past Saturday at Key Stadium, earning its seventh consecutive conference-opening victory dating back to 2018.
Olivia Bladon recorded 12 draw controls and eight points, while
Hollis Rang finished with five caused turnovers, five ground balls, and her first-career goal.

Tampa and West Chester claimed the top two spots in the rankings, while Florida Southern and Embry-Riddle joined Maryville in the top five. The Greyhounds sport one of the nation's toughest schedules, with six ranked opponents already in the rear-view mirror.
