Hounds Land at #20 in Final NCBWA Rankings

WINGATE, N.C. – The UIndy baseball team finished their 2025 campaign ranked at No. 20 in the final edition of the NCBWA Division II Top-25 national poll, released Wednesday.

The Greyhounds made their third consecutive Super Regional this year, eventually falling to the No. 6 seeded Northwood Timberwolves in a hard-fought three game series. UIndy earned three wins prior to the Super Regional, including two upset wins over No. 1 seed Davenport.

Along with the team's top-20 national ranking to end the season, they also had redshirt-junior outfielder Austin Bode represented on the NCBWA All-Region Midwest first-team and was an honorable mention on the All-American team.

Other Midwest region teams in the final NCBWA rankings included; Northwood (9th), Grand Valley State (21st) and Davenport (22nd). The complete poll can be found above.
