MEN'S BASKETBALL
It was an up-and-down weekend for the Greyhounds that ended on a high-note. The team started off the week with junior guard Jimmy King being named GLVC player of the week for the first time in his career. The men then lost a tough game at home Thursday night against Southern Indiana before pulling off a huge upset of No. 3 Bellarmine Saturday night in front of an electric crowd in Nicoson Hall. WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Another tough week for the women's hoops squad. The Hounds struggled to get going against Southern Indiana Thursday night, falling to the Screaming Eagles. Then on Pack the House night, the Greyhounds led heading into the final quarter but Bellarmine exploded in the fourth quarter, outscoring UIndy 28-14 to come away with the eight point win over the Hounds. WRESTLING
The Greyhounds found themselves ranked No. 15 in the nation heading into their final week of the regular season. The Hounds then split their two matches in St. Louis, after falling to No. 4 Notre Dame College they came back with a dominating win over Kentucky Wesleyan. Senior Dylan Faulkenberg was named GLVC wrestler of the year and was a unanimous selection to the all-GLVC team while six other Greyhounds received all-conference honors. SWIMMING & DIVING
It was a successful trip to the conference championships for both swimming and diving teams. The women placed second in the conference while the men won their second-consecutive GLVC title last weekend. UIndy swept the diver of the year awards on the men's and women's side while also picking up swimmer of the year on the men's side. Overall eight individuals won their events while the men picked up gold in a relay as well. TENNIS
The women's tennis team opened their season with three wins all coming over division one opponents. The Greyhounds took down two Indianapolis opponents in IUPUI and Butler before taking down Eastern Illinois yesterday. The men's tennis team took down D-III No. 9 Washington University by a score of 5-2 Saturday afternoon. TRACK & FIELD
The Greyhounds competed in three separate meets last weekend, starting with the Grand Valley State Big Meet and Hoosier Hills Meet in Bloomington last Friday. One school record fell for the distance runners at Grand Valley while two throwers picked up wins at Indiana. The teams returned home Saturday for senior day where several PRs were set while the team honored its seniors. MEN'S LACROSSE
The men's lacrosse team opened its season Friday evening at Key Stadium. They took down Wheeling Jesuit no problem with two players each scoring five goals against the Cardinals. SOFTBALL
The softball team escaped a cold weekend in Indianapolis by traveling down to Florida to open their season. The Hounds came back with two wins on the weekend after defeating Hillsdale and California (PA).  FOOTBALL
The Greyhounds welcomed over 40 new members to their team this week as part of National Signing Day. New head coach Chris Keevers and his staff put together a class primarily of players from the state as well as parts of Ohio and Illinois. MEN'S GOLF
The GLVC announced its Hall of Fame class of 2019 this past week with two Greyhound greats joining the conference's best. Former Greyhound coach Ken Partridge and former All-American Justin Hueber now join six other Greyhounds in the GLVC Hall of Fame. UP NEXT
