Hounds Hold Steady in Latest IWLCA Poll

SPARKS, Md. - The UIndy women's lacrosse team held steady in the latest IWLCA national poll on Monday following a pair of region wins over the weekend.

The Greyhounds capped their time in Michigan with an 11-8 victory against No. 16 Grand Valley, their seventh ranked matchup already this spring. UIndy built on its momentum from Friday evening against Northern Michigan, dominating the Wildcats by an 18-3 final.

Tampa tops the poll, with West Chester and Florida Southern close behind. Lynn and Maryville round of the top five, while fellow Midwest region members Regis (16) and Grand Valley (17) are also represented. UIndy will enjoy a much-needed break before opening GLVC play on Saturday, April 5, against Lewis at Key Stadium.
