INDIANAPOLIS - The No. 3 UIndy women's lacrosse team is in search of its first GLVC Tournament title since 2023, after reeling off four straight from 2021 to 2024. The Greyhounds earned the No. 1 seed in teh four-team bracket, and are set to host the No. 4 seed, Missouri Western on Friday at 1 p.m. ET.

The Greyhounds recently wrapped its regular season up with its third best record in program history, and are riding a 14 game win streak after wins against Quincy and Missouri Western.

In this week's NCAA DII Midwest Region rankings, GLVC foes Maryville (2) and Rockhurst (3) were also ranked inside the top eight, with the Hounds on top of the rankings and primed to host the first two rounds of the NCAA Midwest Regional tournament.

The Championship match will take place on Sunday, May 3 at 12 PM ET.
