MEN'S SOCCER
The men's soccer team was crowned GLVC tournament champions this past Sunday, defeating Drury 3-2 in the semifinals and Illinois Springfield 2-0 in the title match. This marks the third conference tournament title in program history, the first since 2017.

FOOTBALL
The football team finished off the 2021 regular season with a narrow 13-10 win over Truman this past Saturday. Most notably, Paul Buisman kicked the game-winning field goal from 40 yards out. Buisman was also tabbed as the GLVC Special Teams Player of the Week.

VOLLEYBALL
The volleyball team finished off the regular season with a win and a loss last week. The Hounds took down McKendree in four sets Tuesday before being swept in three sets on Senior Night by Illinois Springfield on Friday.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
The men's basketball team began its regular season last week, grabbing a win and a loss at Nicoson Hall. The Hounds opened the season with a dominating 80-47 win over Lake Erie on Friday before falling 77-60 at the hands of Grand Valley State on Sunday.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
The women's basketball team dropped both of its season-opening games this past week. The Greyhounds fell 79-64 to Malone on Friday along with also falling 59-45 to No. 8 Ashland on Saturday.

WRESTLING
The wrestling team hit the road this past Sunday and battled a pair of Super Region 4 opponents in Newman and Central Oklahoma. The Hounds defeated Newman 32-10 before dropping a 30-6 decision to Central Oklahoma.
