WOMEN'S LACROSSE
Final Four bound! The women's lacrosse team brought home the Midwest Region championship this past weekend with wins over Lindenwood (13-8) and Grand Valley State (13-9) at Key Stadium. This marks the first time in program history the women's lax team has made it to the national semifinal. Now, the Hounds will prepare to battle Adelphi on Friday for a chance to move on towards a DII national title.

MEN'S TENNIS
Regional champions again! The men's tennis team punched its ticket to the NCAA DII Sweet 16 early last week after taking down Davenport and McKendree in a pair of 4-0 sweeps to help earn the Midwest Region title. This marks the fourth straight year (excluding 2019-20) the Hounds have claimed the regional crown. Now, UIndy is set to battle Ouachita Baptist in Altamonte Springs, Florida on Wednesday at noon ET.

SOFTBALL
The softball team saw its 2022 season come to an end this past week at Baumgartner Field in a pair of losses in the Midwest Regional. Despite taking down Findlay on Thursday, the Hounds dropped a game to Grand Valley State and eventually fell in a rematch against Findlay on Friday. The Hounds end the season with an impressive 48-10 overall record.

 MEN'S LACROSSE
The men's lacrosse team bowed out of the NCAA Tournament early last week with a heartbreaking loss against Lenoir-Rhyne by a final of 11-10. UIndy ends the 2022 campaign with an impressive overall record of 14-4. The Hounds saw the trio of Kyle Basch (First Team), Josh Jackson (First Team), and Drew Billig (Second Team) all earn USA Lacrosse Magazine All-America honors for their performances this season.

WOMEN'S GOLF
The women's golf team ended its season last week at the 2022 NCAA DII Championships down in Gainesville, Georgia. Despite a strong final push on the final day of stroke play, the Hounds fell just short of qualifying for a third straight national quarterfinal appearance. Individually, freshman Anci Dy landed in the top 20 in her first championships debut to lead the Greyhounds.
 

• Women's Golf Wraps Up Season at NCAA DII Championships 

BASEBALL
Despite opening the 2022 GLVC Championship Tournament this past week with a stunning run-rule victory over top-seeded Drury, the baseball team was eventually eliminated from play after dropping a pair of close games against Quincy (4-3) and Drury in a rematch (9-7). The Greyhounds conclude the year with an overall record of 21-31. In last week's GLVC All-Conference release, Xavier Rivas was tabbed as the conference Pitcher of the Year and a First Team honoree while Brandon DeWitt and Alex Vela each collected Second Team honors.

TRACK & FIELD
Spread out across three different meets, eight members of the track & field teams competed in search of new NCAA provisional marks in hopes of finding a spot at the NCAA DII Outdoor Championships.
